Customer Reviews

  • I just wanted to express how impressed I've been with Whittaker & Biggs through the sale of my house, the staff are so friendly and helpful and will certainly be using them in the future.  I'd also like to say thank you to Paula for the amazing video she created of the house and the pictures, they were that good they almost sold the house back to me!!! After 1 working day an offer was accepted.

  • I have been dealing with Whittaker and Biggs and currently buying a property that has been listed with them, just want to say, how wonderful Sue has been, nothing has been to much trouble at all. great communication and very helpful, thank you very much for the on going support :)

  • After six frustrating months of delays with non-vetted buyers and developers through a previous agent, I decided to switch to Paula and her team at Whittaker & Biggs, and I can confidently say it was the best decision I made! Within just five days, I had multiple offers from quality, vetted buyers, and after accepting an offer, the process moved swiftly to completion. The team was exceptional, keeping me updated at every stage and going above and beyond to ensure a smooth, stress-free sale. Their professionalism, efficiency, and dedication made all the difference. If you're looking for an estate agency that delivers results, trust, and a seamless experience, look no further than Whittaker & Biggs. I couldn't recommend them highly enough!

  • From start to finish there was excellent communication by email and phone - especially Vicky who has been the most helpful - outstanding service throughout. Would 100% recommend Whittaker and Biggs Congleton.

  • When we made the hard decision to downsize and move nearer to family, Whittaker and Biggs  were our first choice of agent having previously been pleased with the service we receive.    With the market closing within days of our property going on the market the team at Whittaker and Biggs Congleton were supportive and helpful keeping us informed about what we could do to keep the house on the market. The team produced great photos and sales details showing our home at its best and with the resulting sale we have been able to move on to the smaller home  of our choice.

  • Emma at Whittaker and Biggs dealt with our move professionally and with excellent communication. We found ourselves in a complicated and messy chain, but Emma helped keep us sane. We sold our house and are now in our dream home. Thank you so much!

  • We have just used Whittaker and Biggs to sell my mum’s bungalow. Excellent service from start to finish. Great initial meeting with Marcus and good communication throughout. Sale from start to completion went through in just 2 months. Would highly recommend.

  • The team were great and I know that without them this whole process/sale wouldn’t have happened. They continued to push solicitors and give great feedback/assurance. Thanks!

  • We recently sold our barn and I cannot recommend Whittaker and Biggs enough. From the start of the process they were efficient and communicated all viewings and feedback. When it sold the communication from them until completion was excellent. All of the staff were professional and extremely diligent. I cannot recommend them enough.
