The land is located within the highly regarded Staffordshire Moorlands village of Brown Edge, which is approximately 5 miles north west of Stoke-On-Trent City Centre. Local facilities are available within the village including a shop, a post office and the Stafford Arms Public House. From our Derby Street Leek Office proceed out of the town on the A53 towards Stoke-On-Trent. Follow this road for approximately 5.1 miles turning right at the Endon crossroads onto the B5051 (signposted for Brown Edge). Proceed for 1.1 miles and turn right onto Hough Hill. The land is approximately 0.2 of a mile on the left hand side of the road with the entrance gateway to the land identified by a Whittaker & Biggs ‘For Sale’ sign.
